This time last year I was here. Directly underneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It was awesome. I was with my two best friends. The two gals who love me and get me, despite my nonsense, and despite my giving of unsolicited advice. It was cold and foggy, and you couldn't see the very top of the tower, but still, awesome. Because I was doing what I love to do. Traveling. Seeing new things. I've always been that way. Always out in front, in a hurry to get some place new. Ask my Mom. She'll tell you. What's interesting is that my five year old, Andrew (aka the Kracken) is the same way. Whenever we reach our destination, and we've enjoyed it for a few minutes, he's immediately asking, "Mommy, where are we going next?" Yep, a chip off the old block.....
